Getting Started
Set up your EZCart account, connect your first channel, and create your first order.
Create Your Account
Sign up at app.ezcart.io to create your account. You'll be guided through the initial setup process.
Set Up Your Company
After signing up, create your company profile:
- Enter your business name and details
- Choose your default currency and timezone
- Invite team members (optional)
Create Your First Shop
Each company can have multiple shops. A shop represents a distinct storefront or brand:
- Navigate to Settings > Shops
- Click Create Shop
- Enter the shop name and description
- Configure the shop's catalog and pricing
Connect a Channel
Connect your social media accounts to start receiving messages:
WhatsApp Business
- Go to Settings > Channels
- Click Connect WhatsApp
- Follow the Meta Business verification flow
- Select the WhatsApp Business number to connect
Facebook Messenger
- Go to Settings > Channels
- Click Connect Facebook
- Authorize EZCart to access your Facebook Page
- Select the page to connect
Instagram DMs
- Go to Settings > Channels
- Click Connect Instagram
- Authorize access to your Instagram Professional account
- Messages will appear in your unified inbox
Create Your First Order
Once a customer messages you:
- Open the conversation in the Inbox
- Click Create Order in the conversation panel
- Add products from your catalog
- Set the delivery address and payment method
- Confirm the order
The order will appear in your Orders dashboard where you can track it through fulfillment.
